Acknowledgements

I understand and acknowledge that:

  1. Live Free Foundation provides Christian teaching, mentoring, prayer ministry, encouragement, and community support services.
  2. Live Free Foundation does not guarantee any particular personal, emotional, spiritual, relational, financial, physical, or psychological outcome, breakthrough, healing, transformation, or result from participation in any course, programme, mentoring, ministry, or event.
  3. Participation in any Live Free course, mentoring programme, ministry session, online group, WhatsApp community, event, or related activity is entirely voluntary and undertaken at my own discretion and responsibility.
  4. Prayer ministry, prophetic encouragement, mentoring, and pastoral support provided through Live Free Foundation are not substitutes for medical, psychiatric, psychological, counselling, legal, or financial advice or treatment.
  5. Members of the Live Free team are not acting as medical professionals, counsellors, psychotherapists, or licensed mental health practitioners whilst participating in Live Free activities unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  6. I remain fully responsible for my own physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and medical wellbeing during and after my participation with Live Free Foundation.
  7. It is my responsibility to seek appropriate professional support where required, including medical or mental health support.

Payments, Subscriptions and Refunds

  1. Payments made to Live Free Foundation secure access to digital course materials, mentoring content, online communities, live sessions, administration, preparation, and related resources and services.
  2. Due to immediate access being granted to digital content and online materials, payments are non-refundable once access has been provided.
  3. By purchasing a course, mentoring programme, subscription, or digital content, I expressly consent to receiving immediate access to digital materials and acknowledge that I waive any statutory cooling-off rights once access has begun.
  4. Refunds will not ordinarily be provided where:
    • a participant chooses not to continue;
    • does not complete the programme;
    • does not engage with the material;
    • changes their mind;
    • experiences personal circumstances affecting participation; or
    • is dissatisfied with their personal progress or outcomes.
  5. Cancelling a payment plan, subscription, or recurring payment arrangement stops future payments only and does not entitle a participant to reimbursement of previous payments already made.
  6. Any refund, credit, pause, transfer, or goodwill adjustment is entirely at the discretion of Live Free Foundation and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  7. Live Free Foundation reserves the right to suspend, remove, decline, or terminate participation in any programme, course, event, online group, or community where deemed necessary for the wellbeing, safety, integrity, or smooth running of the programme or community. In such circumstances, refunds will not ordinarily be provided.

Personal Responsibility

I confirm that:

  1. I am participating in Live Free activities of my own free will and under no obligation.
  2. My physical and mental health remain entirely my own responsibility.
  3. Live Free Foundation is not responsible for decisions I make, actions I take, or consequences arising from my participation in any Live Free activity.
  4. I remain responsible for maintaining appropriate support systems and professional care where necessary.

Liability

  1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Live Free Foundation excludes liability for any loss, injury, damage, distress, emotional upset, disappointment, or consequences arising directly or indirectly from participation in any Live Free activity, programme, ministry, event, mentoring relationship, or online community.
  2. I participate entirely at my own risk and discretion.
  3. I agree to hold harmless and indemnify Live Free Foundation and its team members from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses arising in connection with my participation.

Confidentiality and Community Conduct

  1. Participants are expected to treat others respectfully and maintain appropriate confidentiality regarding personal information shared within the community.
  2. While Live Free Foundation encourages respectful and honouring conduct, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed within group settings, online communities, mentoring groups, or live events.
  3. Live Free Foundation reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is considered harmful, disruptive, inappropriate, abusive, or detrimental to the wellbeing of others or the integrity of the community.

By participating in Live Free Foundation courses, mentoring programmes, ministry, events, or online communities, I confirm that:
